My objectives as a Pilates teacher and health coach are born out of a desire to share what I have gained from both Pilates and my own health journey – enabling me to become the energetic, youthful and perfectly imperfect 50 year old woman that I am today!

My goal is to provide you with the tools and then guide you as you reach for your own personal health or fitness goals however general or specific.

  • Perhaps you seek to generally improve your health and vitality through more efficient functional movement that you can apply to your everyday life?
  • Or do you want to get fit for a particular personal event or sporting challenge?
  • Maybe you simply want to feel more connected to your body and reduce stress, gain energy, lose weight, sleep better, age well, and even learn how to breathe properly… If you stop to think about it, how we breathe is surely the most important thing we do, but perhaps the thing we tend to think least about?

I am a fully qualified Pilates teacher (Matwork with Anoushka Boone at Pilates in Motion, London 2015 and apparatus with Cristiane Domenici at Studio Pilates de Cannes 2016) and am based in the South of France close to Cannes/Antibes, but I also work online.

I teach groups on both mat and apparatus, as well as privates / duos / trios etc. I am genuinely passionate about what I do and consider it a privilege to be able to help guide and accompany people towards improving their health and fitness using both the unique Pilates method, as well as my health coaching skills and tools in order to provide a fully holistic approach to working with my clients.

I am also a qualified naturopathic Health Coach (College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), 2021). In my dual-coaching role I have tools at my disposal to help guide and support you on your holistic journey. My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your own health goals, working with you to identify and ultimately remove the obstacles that are holding you back. I believe that self-knowledge and self-confidence will lead to a happier and healthier relationship with exercise and food, ensuring that we feel our best, able to lead the life that we desire and deserve.

My objective is for you to finish your sessions feeling more positive about your health and well-being and realizing on a deep level that making healthy choices has become a more positive and natural way for you to live, rather than feeling like you are stuck in a never-ending cycle of diets, deprivations and ‘should do’ lists. I believe that everyone has the right to feel great in their mind, body and soul and I sincerely hope that through my Pilates teaching and health coaching, I can make a real difference to you and your health.

I have lived on the Cote d’Azur on and off since 2001, and am equally happy teaching in English and French. After qualifying in Mat in February 2015, I then completed my teacher training on the machines with Cristiane Domenici at the Studio Pilates in Cannes in December 2016.  I currently live in Valbonne with my family.

Though I am based in Valbonne (mat and reformer), I teach (privates and group classes) all around the surrounding towns and villages beyond Valbonne & Mougins, such as Plascassier, Chateauneuf de Grasse, Mouans-Sartoux, Grasse, Opio, Bar sur Loup, Roquefort les Pins, Le Rouret, Biot, Vallauris, Cannes, Le Cannet,  Sophia Antipolis, and Antibes.
