Ready to make a start?

It is important to point out that health and wellness coaching in not a ‘quick-fix’ – it’s a process for making long-term, sustainable change. Like so many things in life, what you put in is directly correlated to what you get out, so you need to be serious about change! I offer various packages , starting with a two-week Kick-Start, and building up to longer packages depending on how much support you feel you need. You can always upgrade to a longer package at any point. In an ideal world I would certainly recommend committing to a three-month programme as it takes at least this amount of time to experience meaningful change.

How does it work?

Once we have decided we are the right fit to work together (I offer a free 20 min discovery call), we will meet (either in person or virtually) to complete a thorough health and lifestyle history together. This is to gain an overview of your overall health, sleep, movement, and environment, and to see where balance needs to be restored. We will then co-create an action plan to set you back on the path to optimal health and well-being. Then at least once every fortnight for the duration of your program we will have a follow-up session where we review and make adjustments to your plan to keep you moving forward and reaching your health goals. Once your coaching program is complete you can always choose to extend the program, or meet for periodic one-off sessions as and when you feel the need for additional support.
