It includes personal & family health histories. the opportunity to be open about your issues & to reflect on what is stopping your ability to address them successfully. All of this is before beginning face-to-face sessions. Most important of all, is Mel’s approach. She is knowledgeable, sensitive & seriously motivated to help. She’s a top-notch listener and takes time to process information she’s given, then asks pertinent & probing questions. Her questions often lead to unexpected ideas for improvement in targeted areas (and beyond). All of this results in development of a detailed, goal-oriented plan.
