Studio Mel opened its doors in May 2022, and although predominantly a space where I teach Pilates and receive my health coaching clients, it is also a welcoming, bright, airy and versatile space, superbly situated in the heart of Valbonne village, quite simply dedicated  to your overall physical, emotional & spiritual well-being.  

When in use as a Pilates studio, it is equipped with two reformers, a Wunda chair, Spine Corrector and a Pilates springboard for private and duo Pilates classes, as well as my mats and small accessories (balls, magic circles, bands etc) for my Pilates matwork group classes

There is a varied array of activities taking place at the studio including:  yoga (aerial, prenatal, yin, Boxing and Singing. Scroll down for the full schedule and please get in touch directly with each teacher for more information on any of these activities.

Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher specialised in Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga. Recently arrived in France, Marine spent the last 10 years in Asia between India and Singapore where her passion for yoga has become a lifestyle. Certified yoga teacher 500H RYT Yoga Alliance, Marine teaches Hatha Yoga according to the method of Krishnamacharya. A traditional and authentic method based on the respect of the individual and fine-tuned customisation according to each person’s needs and wishes. Specialised in Prenatal and Postpartum yoga, she will also accompany you before and after the birth through a conscious and healthy motherhood. A fulfilled mother and a happy baby thanks to specific postures and breathing adapted to each stage of motherhood!

Singing classes with Lizzy Parks for children aged 5-11yrs.  Designed to inspire young people through singing and performance techniques, confidence boosting, melodic, harmonic and rhythmic awareness with games, vocal exercises and popular songs resulting in 2 concerts per year

KRIS – YIN RESTORATIVE YOGA, www.premium-yoga.com (English/French)

Kris first learned meditation from Tibetan monks at the age of 19, which led her to yoga, where she discovered a physical and spiritual practice that was totally in line with what she aspired to. Kris decided to make it her profession to pass on what yoga had taught her. She has been teaching private and group yoga classes since 2016 all over the French Riviera.

Dana has been a yoga teacher for over 15 years. Originally from Ukraine she lived and trained in London, uk.  She believes that yoga can be a great tool in creating strong and supple body whilst supporting the nervous system through breath awareness. Her style of teaching is a combination of creative flow and held postures to cultivate both strength and fluidity.
