“I originally stared working with Mel for personal Pilates sessions during the breaks in covid lockdowns and due to the success of those, I asked her to expand our brief to cover a more bespoke health & wellbeing plan covering; fitness, eating habits, weight loss, screen/media time and to create a more structured relaxation & sleeping programme for me.
Mel designed for me a very achievable coaching plan (followed up with calls and progress sessions) and I’m delighted to say, it really worked. The quality of my sleep has improved. My weight has gone down and I now eat ALOT better thanks to her excellent programme.
